She also followed up a few days later to see how things were with the car and this is very good service especially in her assurance to deal with problems if the need arose. I thought I would take the time to pass on to you my total satisfaction with my recent purchase of a 2008 HSV Phantom Mica Clubsport, and the dealings I had with Daniel Patti.
In the end he was the deciding factor with me selecting Kevin Dennis for my purchase over another competing dealership in your area. I was most impressed with his followup and the attention he paid me during the negotiation process. The deal was actually done on his day off, whilst attending to his nieces (I think). When he gave me a commitment to contact me, he lived up to his word and always made contact by the agreed time, where as others competing for my business failed to return calls and showed very little interest until it was too late.
Another factor in Daniels favour has been his followup, after the sale and the pickup of the new car. Where most salesmen pass you on to other personnel (such as service managers etc) after the sale, Daniel has asked that I go through him, and indicated that he would be happy to arrange transport for me while the car is being serviced, which to me, is very much appreciated.
If your after sales service matches the service that I have had so far I will be thrilled and will certainly be keen to bring my business back for my next car and to also recommend you to anyone that asks "where did you get your car".
